Food was delicious and will return due to that. However, service was significantly lacking. I ordered general tsos chicken and got orange chicken. Server also never checked in on us to see how we’re doing or if we needed anything. Didn’t refill our waters. We also had to ask for the check and a box since she disappeared. Please improve the service.

Just to edit my review based off of the owners response: it wasn't busy and it wasn't a holiday. Also doesn't give any explanation for why my order was incorrect.

The service is always right on. Spicy cucumbers are a great start to the meal, as well as the Kim Chi(my favorite), the Ribeye Noodles, Fried Rice, and Butternut squash and shrimp potstickers are amazing! I also love the Moo Shu Chicken! Great cocktails choices as well

Not a great first time at this place.

We had reservations for 7 and showed up early at 6:30. Totally did not have a problem waiting, but we got seated at the bar and then a table opened and we were asked if we wanted it, said yes and we're moved. We then waited while people who didn't have reservations were seated and ordered before we did. Not off to a great start.

Let's get down to business:
Bad news first - We went BIG with the Potsticker Feast. But - sadly - we didn't really like any of the Potstickers. 😩 The Taiwan Cabbage and the Kimchi Pork were okay. And we had to ask for the sauces to brought to us. Just not great service.

Good news- The cocktails were STRONG and tasty and the cucumbers with the Godmother sauce are OUT of this WORLD. Definitely the best thing we had.

The green beans (an add on) were okay. The Korean wings were also okay; nice and crispy, but better wings are around.

The General Tso's was on point as were the Ribeye Noodles.

For a bill that was north of $150, we were pretty disappointed.

What an incredible little spot in St. Paul! I had never been, but will absolutely be coming back. So much flavor, and everything we tried was great. Drinks were amazing as well!

Dined on their valentines menu, $49.95/person.

Space - elbow to elbow to maximize profit, I get it but not for me

Service - slow and unorganized for an impromptu valentines menu, staff were all smiles so it's forgiving.

Food - no thank you, store bought items on your dinner plate. Lao Gan Ma chili garlic crisp was their godmother's chili sauce, gochujang sauce was a mix of gochujang, franks red hot, and tobassco. Pork belly used in pork belly fried rice came from your local Asian store deli. Cream cheese wonton sauce tasted like toaster strudel sauce and one of my three wontons was cold in the middle. Desserts were store bought disguised with a simple syrup on top The lemon tart syrup on the cheesecake was not good.

I did like the breading on their Korean fried chicken, the wrapping for their cilantro pork potsticker, and the texture of the rice and portion size of the pork belly fried rice.

Overall, not for me, but if it's for you, cool.

Food was awesome, service was great. I really enjoyed the selection of Japanese spirits. Only complaint was it was a small restaurant so it was a bit loud and cramped. Food made it worth it though. Will be back.

Potsticker in Saint Paul — where do I even begin?! 🥟✨

Alex, the owner, is truly in a class of his own. Do yourself a favor and ask him about his favorite Japanese whisky — it’s an experience in itself. The potstickers? Hands down some of the best I’ve ever had. I highly recommend the sampler so you can try every flavor (you’ll thank me later).

We also ordered the General Tso’s — an absolute 10/10 — and the Szechuan fries were next-level incredible. Crispy, bold, and addictive.

This spot is a total gem and an easy recommendation to anyone looking for amazing food and great vibes in Saint Paul. 🌟
(PS try the cucumbers)
