Food was alright, they should really offer to double wrap tho, the tortilla completely broke at the bottom, the service however was absolutely horrible, we simply asked for one thing from the manager, as she was the only one present, and she was very very rude about it, even her conversations with the employees was very rude. The lady who made the food was very kind however but that manager ruined it

Delicious burrito and decent service. Price was expected but portion sizes were super small.

Good food. Generous quantity and at a good price.
My experience at Qdoba was horrible. The staff was very rude. One of the employees even called me names. When I asked to speak to the manager, the employee claimed to be the manager. There were two employees involved, one named Ashley, who also claimed to be a manager. They were both disrespectful and even laughed during the incident. I will not be spending any of my money there. Same time this is what they give me as order if they need themselves self
I used to be a true fan of qdoba and perhaps I shouldn’t judge the chain based on this location, but the breakfast food was just “meh”. Service was not good and they had no coffee but directed me to other locations. I’d have preferred McD’s.

$12 for a cheese quesadilla for an 18 month old kid. Barely even put any cheese in it as well.Update - QDoba replied with a canned response not even addressing the issue. Clearly they just don’t care enough to have a human reply. I’ll just go to Chipotle from now on.

They are so confused when you ask them for nachos. This took a lot of painful communication to even get to this point. Thankfully everyone was very nice and tried their best to understand what I was ordering. Never been to a qdoba that doesn’t have nachos before…

I went in 2 days ago. The store was really clean the supervisor was the sweetest she seemed overwhelmed but was polite to every single person. The staff was a little rude but all my demands were met thank you qdoba and to the hard working young lady.

I came in nobody greeted me then I had too repeat myself several times too the employee staff were very unprofessional, and the lady at the cash register didn’t speak English and barely understood what I was saying so with language, barriers and unprofessionalism and young kids, working behind the counter not taking the correct order and the steak being burnt it was overall the worst service I’ve ever had .

Was excited to see a Qdoba in the MSP airport, but that quickly faded. I initially walked by wondering if it was open, saw employees sitting at tables. I came back, of the four employees, two sat and got up intermittently, and one sat the whole time (he was maybe on break). Asked for chicken bowl, “Sorry, the only thing we’re out of is chicken.” Then steak? “We haven’t made that yet.” It was 11:20 AM with four employees talking and they didn’t prep chicken or steak? Those have to be the main two requests, right? Finally, as I was finishing one employee started frying some steak, while everyone else was basically doing nothing. Not my typical Qdoba experience.
