We ordered a large variety of items from chicken tenders, chicken sandwich, fried fish sandwich, tuna sandwich, and burger for entree but the best thing was the chicken wings we got for appetizers. It was juicy and the sauce was very good. I forget what it was but some sort of Japanese chilli sauce. All other stuff were meh since most were over seasoned. We picked outside seating and it started raining and they kindly moved us inside. Not too bad of a place but hopefully next time, things are less salty.

It was awesome! The service was great! Staff went out of their way to accommodate all 11 of us! Everyone that works there seemed happy and ready to help! I graded a 4 on food..only because out of PERSONAL preference I didn't like my food, BUT someone else at our table had the same thing and LOVED IT! And a 3 for atmosphere because it was a bit loud and hard to visit ..but again that's a personal preference...Would we go back?MOST DEFINITELY

so we had a wonderful time. the food was great and atmosphere was wonderful. just wanted to bring a slight issue with our check to the attention of management; it appears the Mandate Compliance Surcharge is being taxed. This didn’t make much sense to us and we ran the numbers multiple different times. Our check was 119 with 12 of tax tacked on which makes sense for an 8% tax rate. However, $5 MC surcharge was included in that grand total of 119 and therefore the MC surcharge was taxed. 12/114~10%. Why is the surcharge taxed?

Service always good but adding a 4.9% MC surcharge (COVID holdover) is ridiculous. It’s a junk fee by any other name. Up your prices if you must but don’t tack on 5% without disclosure up front.
I was going to order a full meal and spend a longer time there but bailed after seeing the charge.
7 stars for the service. We we're down in the cities for Zach Bryan and wanted a really good burger.
Shout out to Olivia (who i hope sees this), who was the best server we've ever had at any of the 3 red cows we've been to. Burgers seasoned perfectly. Try their octoberfest beer, and you won't be disappointed. Thanks for the recommendation.
We we're seated as soon as we walked in the door, the server who sat us brought us water and our server was incredibly nice, the manger was walking around helping wherever he could which was a nice sight to see. The decor was interesting and really pretty we also received our food very fast and the drinks where incredible 10/10 will definitely be dining here again!
Kid-friendliness: Saw a few kids running around but it is a bar so do not recommend

I recently checked out Red Cow on Selby in Saint Paul, and this place was a vibe! I never knew it had two floors, so it was pretty nice to dine on the second floor for my date—it was a bit quieter up there.
I started off with the ahi crisps, which were sooooooo good! I was tempted to order a second round, but I realized I had to save space for the burger. I don't recall the exact burger I had, but I remember the bacon on it was delicious!
This location was great overall. Parking can be challenging sometimes since it's street parking, but I’d definitely go back!

I have a gluten allergy and loved this place! They have their own separate fryers, they use the Udi’s GF buns. The server was knowledgeable and went through the menu as items aren’t marked gluten-free. would love to go back next time we’re in the area.
