Do not trust this company. Paid to park at Basildon town centre. I mistakenly entered an incorrect digit I notified reef by phone and email.
Both replied informed me they have corrected this and I would not receive a fine. Yet I did I forwarded on the email to nexus group they informed me not good enough snd the £170 fine is due within 7 days otherwise court action will be taken

This company is completely dishonest and disrespectful. A lot of empty talks and promises, a lot of lies, lack of training, not professional at all. They even lost a car under their watch within the first two months they started working at our building. Don’t hire them as your valet or you will regret.
