We were at the restaurant many times and it’s always was satisfying experience. Today something was different. The server didn’t hear me ordering and brought me a dinner after everyone was done with their meal. The dish was absolutely not eatable, the pieces of the chicken were dry and not chewable at all. My husband and our guests were not happy about their dishes as well. Sorry to let you know but you just lost 4 good customers.

Excellent, fresh, high quality sushi.. Sakana is one of the best in the Twin Cities. Both this location and the Wayzata location are consistently 5 Star and have been for years. Mary was our waiter for dinner this evening and she was wonderful; professional, warm and personable.

I ordered out. They use DoorDash as their delivery service. The food was picked up. The delivery person never delivered. He dropped at another building. I'm in a rehab facility. I called the Sushi Restaurant and told them them that I never received the food. They offered to remake or refund my money. I asked them to remake the order. About 30 minutes went by and I called the restaurant back. The order was done but door dash didn't show up to pick up the 2nd order. Meanwhile a person at the Rehab found the order outside at the other building brought it to me. I told the restaurant person the order was found. But was cold. She offered to refund my money in which she did.The sushi was packaged great. The Lomein was cold. I still enjoyed the meal. A big Thanks for doing the right thing.

Ordered a variety of items, all shared by 2 people. Everything was delicious. Service was great and food came out fast. We had Miso soup, Age Dashi Tofu, Seared Tuna apps. A Pink Dragon roll and an Oshinko roll and Thai Shrimp/Veggie dish w/ key lime sauce. Lots of veggies, which we really appreciated.
Dietary restrictions: Lots of gluten free options. Not just sushi, apps and entrees as well.

We got here late and I didn't realize they're almost closing. It's a Saturday so I assumed they would be open a little late and not at 10.
We ordered several apps: calamari, szechuan dumplings and pork gyoza. I also ordered the lemon grass soup. The gyoza and the calamari (perfectly fried and crispy) were very good. The szechuan dumpling tasted odd and also just swimming in oil. The lemon grass soup was ok but I was thankful I ordered this and I'll tell you why later.
For entrée, we ordered the crunchy roll, Thai spicy lime shrimp and chicken yaki udon. All of these three are too sweet and this is why I was thankful I got the soup. My daughter and I sipped on the soup to counter the sweetness of our food since the soup was sour. My niece also did not finish her udon because it was also too sweet.
On the plus side, our server was very nice and accommodating. We came in late but she was very gracious.

Very nice restaurant 👌. The server was exceptionally nice and very attentive. Food was excellent and the atmosphere very relaxing and pleasant 😊. I would recommend this establishment to any looking for good Asian cuisine .. there is also a full bar with television and again quiet and relaxing atmosphere 😎.

Lo mein and pad thai were virtually flavorless. Chicken satay was dry, dry, dry. Those at our table that had sushi thought it was fine. Service was generally avergage to poor. To go box was on the table before we were done eating. Bill was offered before folks were done eating (in the 7pm hour on a Saturday night). Dishes and cutlery weren't cleared from the table. Gratuity was automatically entered on the bill with no mention from staff. Patrons not paying attention can easily overlook. I can imagine this restuarant can do some things right, just know what they are going in. Don't assume it will all be good.

Been here a few times and it is always easy to get a seat. The sushi is great and calamari is tender and light crispy. Edamame, dumplings, gyoza, all very good.
