My son and I visited here for the first time. I haven't had authentic Ethiopian food for 40 years. It was fantastic, just like I remembered. The lovely chef came out to see how we were doing. We are definitely going back. Highly recommended if you like spicy food.
Spectacular food, and incredibly friendly staff who were able to offer excellent recommendations. They also made sure to warn us about spicy things, and confirmed that we were fine with that. Either they toned down the spice, or they are just used to dealing with the usual Midwestern spice tolerance, but nothing was too spicy. Came here with my dad who has been trying to find a good Ethiopian spot for years now. We shall look no further, this is the one. Amazing flavors, and good...
Great vegetarian options. The samosas were the best I have had. Not dry and the perfect amount of spice. The veggie sampler was fantastic. This is going to be our new go-to Ethiopian restaurant in the Midway.
