Ordered and waited for an hour, they sent me a notification saying the order was ready when I went up to confirm with them, they told me they haven't even started on the order yet. Staff was also not attentive and lacked basic manners.

Good food. Great place to do homework. Nice variety in the menu. Staff is friendly. The tables are a little dirty sometimes though.
Scooter's has some solid sandwiches and the pizza is great when they don't undercook it. Student staff is really impressive, like all St. Thomas students.
