I was disappointed with this Airport version of Shake Shack. Food was sub par. Not very tasteful and the burgers were tiny, almost as small as a slider.
This airport location did not offer the coupons that I receive on line either, which is confusing.
To be honest, because of my previous experiences with stand alone stores (Not in airports) I always recommended them to friends.
I can say for sure I will not eat at another airport location.
It's not remotely on the same level as Shake Shack locations out of airports.

Terrible service and surly employees. Gave me the wrong order and then blamed me.

I was down on my luck and in a terrible situation, but the staff here went out of their way to help me out and the food was absolutely delicious.

Wanda was very unprofessional and obviously woke up in the wrong side of the bed. I only asked to substitute American cheese for cheddar cheese and she was very pressed about it saying they absolutely cannot. Starting calling me stupid and crazy , please watch your camera and you’ll see the way she acted around 9:02. Very poor customer service and hostile. I understand she may have had a bad day or life but doesn’t excuse her behavior to start arguing with your customers. Then she continued to argue with more customers after that, insane!

Always wanted to try Shake Shack, we don't have it in Canada.

Honestly alright. Expected a bit more flavor. But overall fine.

Had upset stomach after though

Ordered a chicken avocado and thought they forgot the avocado and the sause. No, it was all on one side of the sandwich. Ps. Tables and floors are gross.

We arrived around lunch time for our flight and opted for shake shack. The cheese fries were fries with a side of barely warm cheese and the burgers didn’t come with anything that the menu said as far as sauces or vegetables. They were meat and cheese, plain and dry which is not how we ordered them. The service was beyond horrible. The soda vendor was refilling the station that the line had to go by so we were unable to go down the ropes and walked to the counter since there was nobody in line. The rude cashier told us that next time we needed to follow the rope because that’s what it’s there for. We apologized and said okay. He was unhelpful and impatient while we quickly ordered food for six people. 10/10 do not recommend. We fly from Texas every year and will eat from a vending machine before we return to Shake Shack at MSP.

A plain hamburger costs $7.09, and they “shack burger“ cost $7.69. The difference is a shack burger has cheese.

I do not eat cheese, and I ordered a a hamburger what is condiments only. The cashier Charged me $7.69, and said no cheese specified no cheese on the order. I pointed out that she was overcharging me, and her reply was, “it’s easier to just take the cheese off the order.“

I pointed out she was overcharging me, and she got an attitude. “So what do you want, a refund?“

I told her yes, and put it the $.60 in the “Fight Poverty”charity box.

While waiting for my food, I caught her glaring at me. She never issued the refund and she never put the money in the box.

Pictures on the menu is NOT what you get on the tray. I got the equivalent of a happy meal and paid $21. My burger was thrown together, very small, but tasted ok. No lettuce tomato like the picture. The dinning room was very hot and table was sticky from the humidity. I am a 1 and done here. So much more value at any other burger joint.

I don’t know if it’s working at the airport or just working with the public but the employees here have horrible attitudes. I’m like what did I do to you? Sheesh!
