Food was good and the staff was nice. I got a free refill which is rare at the airport. The price it a bit expensive but not extreme for airport food.

Service was really good. Even for early morning eating, don’t pass by here. Simple burger and fries is all you need. Probably should get a double burger. Highly recommend

Sitting here watching the man who calls to orders literally berating a man because he was standing there waiting for his order. Shouted at him to “stop looking at him” and to “take out his headphones,” as if the person wasn’t waiting attentively for their food and not disrespectful at all. Absolutely get rid of that guy, what a terrible person, let alone service worker. The woman was lovely, among the other staff. I just cannot believe I witnessed such gross behavior.

Flew in early from Chicago and had a 2 hour layover. Found the Shake Shack in the Terminal 1 Food Court. They serve breakfast until 10 am but you can also order anything else off their menu. I opted for a Smoke Shack Burger on a Gluten Free Bun with a side of fries and a bottled water. Cost was $21.91 which is pretty standard for airport food. Burger sounded delicious but unfortunately was subpar. They also have vegan options if you’re looking for that. I however will opt for somewhere else next time and think you too could probably find a better option. Safe travels 🙂

It’s typical when we’re at the airport we have to deal with poor service and I’m not shocked anymore we just hope that we get treated right and that’s really appreciated

Shake Shack is my new favorite fast food burger. I've taken 2 flights out of MSP lately and gotten this great burger. The same older black woman was at the counter both times and she was so sweet and kind it improved the experience. 5 stars, will be back.

Went to place an order at 4:15pm and was told they were closed… this was a little confusing given the listed 9pm closing time, and 6 staff members working in the kitchen.
Watched them turn away several other customers as well..

Very good option for some fast food and milkshakes at the airport. There are many options at MSP Airport, but if u r craving burgers, fries, and milkshakes, then this the place you should be at. Quick service as well and very courteous staff at the counter. They also have vegetarian burger options. Milkshake is thick and fries are freshly made.
