If you want to wait 20+ minutesfor your food this is the place to go. They put the wrong burger in my bag, and it was not as good as shake shack usually is. It was overcooked and a little dry. Cheese fries were good. From what I observed it was also unsanitary.

Don’t let them waste your time. I ordered a double cheeseburger, fries, and a shake. It was $24. There were 8-10 ppl working behind the counter all joking, being inappropriate, loud, and not working at all. They did not give af that people were waiting to eat or trying to get somewhere. I ordered at 8:23pm, inquired about my order at 8:40pm, and at 9pm they handed me the wrong order. I asked for a refund and that took another 10 minutes because they had to track down a manager capable of issuing a refund. This experience actually made me dislike my formerly beloved shake shack. They should just close this location.

The cashier has a huge attitude problem. Had to leave because of her. 3/17 at 150 cashier. Better to eat elsewhere than endure her. I think she gave us a hard time because of my wife's accent on purpose. Better to keep her away from any communication

Slow, but fine. Took almost 20 minutes to get my order. Was kind of surprised at how slow it was for how few customers their were, and in an airport. I should have eaten somewhere else.

Reasonable price and quality steak. Good cooking, quick service 5 minutes. Plenty of seating space, tables with USB sockets.
Only 10 minute wait to get my food including the time spent in line with 5 customers ahead of me. Process flows quite quickly at 5:15p on a Saturday. Burger was tasty, even if quite salty, and the construction/presentation wasn't bad either. Seating area accommodates about 25 people with outlets at every table against the wall. Adjacent food court provides lots of additional seating and outlets.

Complete lack of urgency amongst employees. Food sitting for minutes before action is taken. One employee spent more time on their phone than working. I came here when it first opened and the service was rocky. Food was good so I guess that's one good point?
