Shake Shack is my new favorite fast food burger. I've taken 2 flights out of MSP lately and gotten this great burger. The same older black woman was at the counter both times and she was so sweet and kind it improved the experience. 5 stars, will be back.
And the award for the slowest and likely most incompetent Shack Shack employee on the planet goes to the dude with the glasses running the register Sunday August 9 at 630pm. Thankfully a woman came up and kicked him off the register. And then he got put in charge of putting together orders and they likely would have been better off with no one there in both scenarios considering the amount of orders that he messed up
It’s what you would expect! Great burger and fries and pretty low-key food court.
