Wanted something sushi related that was a step up from Hissho in the main concourse. This was better but more expensive obviously. I got the New Age California Roll which was really plain and basic but at least tasted like it was made of decent quality using real crab instead of the imitation stuff. Staff didn’t seem to be too well trained in the art of sushi making when I went but, could be worse for an airport choice!
The seaweed and gyoza appetizers were good. The pork kimchi ramen in tonkotsu broth was disappointing - nice toppings, ramen noodles not bad, but the broth was anything but tonkotsu (think wonton soup). Poached eggs where yolk was overdone with it
We were happy to find an option for a decent meal at the airport. The vegan ramen was the only thing we saw on the menu that was clearly vegan. It was pretty good! We wished that there was tofu, but enjoyed the mushrooms. Service was quick and friendly.
