Our flight was delayed so Delta gave us some meal vouchers for lunch. When lunch time came around we decided to try Smashburger. The cashier was very helpful taking my order and showed me how to use the vouchers… then the POS system cashed after scanning the third voucher. After a couple attempts to restart it, Keisha, the manager, was called over. Keisha politely apologized and took my order again at the other POS. This one was also struggling to process the vouchers, but Keisha was undaunted and pushed through our order while remaining polite and professional. What could have been a frustrating experience for an already frustrating day turned into a delightful dining experience. The order was perfectly correct and the food was delicious. Keisha saved the day and we are very grateful for her help. We will definitely choose Smashburger again.

Food was good but way over priced.
I'd heard of Smashburger for awhile, and I finally tried it today. WOW! This was packed with flavor and then some. I made the right choice coming here today. Thank you!!!

Good price especially for airport
It was a good burger but the line to wait was a little ridiculous. Quality food and a good quick fix. I'd stop again and eat it when flying.

I was here at 3pm on 11-14-2024. The woman calling out the numbers put a smile on everybody's face! Her beautiful smile & her kind words to those grabbing their orders... Man! You forget to smile sometimes when you're traveling. At least I do. I'm lost in my own head and thoughts as I travel and she took me out of my head with her zest for life and ability to "see" you! Wow. Made my day!
Oh, and the burger was just fine. Thank you. ? Shakes are made with real ice cream! The strawberry shake was delightful.
Plenty of seating nearby in the little food court. Seating areas have eazy access plugins to charge back up!!

I caught them at a slow time so the staff was just having fun. Burger was to me in less than 5 minutes but I had no one in line ahead of me. Got a chocolate shake that took about the same time. Very tasty.

My mom has strict dietary restrictions. She asked for a cheeseburger with no bun or toppings (just the patty and cheese). She was charged extra. She asked the employee why it cost more than the regular price of the cheeseburger. The employee replied, "well you don't want it?"
I'm sure it's not always pleasant to work in a fast food place within an airport, but that's no cause to charge more for less food and then be rude about it. I don't plan to return.
Terrible company. Don't eat here if you don't want to get sick. If they get your order wrong you will not get a refund.

If you time it right, you don't have to wait too long. They have an order/pay and call your number model. There are two big screens to show what orders are being prepped and what is ready. Very helpful because it's impossible to hear your number called. My server must not have heard me when I ordered, because I didn't get everything I asked for (wasn't charged). The breakfast sandwich was good, nothing to run back for anytime soon but good enough to remember for future morning flights. A little messy but that's Smashburger for you!

I had a terrible experience with the staff. They displayed poor customer service and lacked any sense of compassion. The receipt printer wasn’t working, and they made an error with my order. When I brought this up, they asked me to provide a receipt, which I didn’t have due to the machine issue.
There was an unnecessary back and forth with me about what I had ordered, the staff member took back my chicken sandwich, threw some cheese on it, and handed me the same cold sandwich I had ordered 20 minutes earlier. The disregard for customer satisfaction and hygiene was appalling, and it completely ruined my experience. I couldn’t even eat the sandwich because I didn’t trust that it was handled in a sanitary manner.
This kind of customer service is a major red flag for me.
What a waste of my time and $$$!
