My first time in this airport, I wanted to try this place out. I ordered the Double Smash burger with an order of tater tots. The burger meat, cheese and veggies tasted pretty good. The taters totes were cooked almost perfect and for the price of it, they should be filling those taters and fries to the top. The really bad thing about this place is the service. It took about 16 minutes to get our meals. There were other people that ordered late and got their meals first before us and the people ahead were getting mad..

If you are gonna hire ANYONE for the front counter. Makes sure they can talk well enough to service the public And loud enough to call out your number when order is done. Young or old we can't here a whisper in public.

Food is good, but the women working there are so slow and will stand there having a conversation with each other and not bagging food. My order. Was ready, they still stood there talking. I had a flight to catch so I said, excuse me, can I get our food. We need to go. They both were very rude and pretty much tossed the bag on the counter.
Food sat out visible for 10 minutes but no order numbers were called. I understand that they were a bit busy. Seemed like the system there wasn’t set up for success, plus it was pretty pricey.

Had a fantastic first experience at Smashburger MSP! Keisha, the store manager was so friendly and helpful. I told her it was my first time at Smashburger and she gave some recommendations. She got me excited to try the double all-American smash and the smash Tots. When I was going to pay cash she said they don't accept cash but then blessed me with a first time guest meal! I was blown away at this kindness. The food was super hot, fresh, and delicious!! 10/10 recommended!

If you're up burger junkie like me, then you probably need to stop here. This is a great burger place. Right about on par with five guys, maybe a little better even. Ordering from a kiosk is fast and straightforward, and that's great. However the prep time could be better. Now, I know that any smashburger employee would say that it takes time to hand pat and cook a burger. Fine. But we live in the modern age here, and airports are a high traffic location. I think they could do better. Also none of the employees were in much of a hurry. I know, I know.... I can hear it now.... What am I? Some type of slave driver? No, I'm just a customer. And if your employees don't work quickly enough, then you probably need to hire some new ones with more energy.
All in all, I'm glad I stopped there. And I had a delicious Burger. Therefore, I recommend it.

Friendly staff. Even approached me a bit before they opened to let me know they’d take my order. The breakfast burger really hit the spot. Since I was the first order service was definitely quick!

The lady working the counter today was lazy and rude. She refused to take an order and made everyone use the kiosk. If someone had trouble with their order she was rude and condescending towards them. We wanted a shake and when we nicely asked about it she rudely said “we ain’t got no shake”. They needed to post that the machine wasn’t working or something.

We didn’t have long between flights and after I ordered on the kiosk was told the food takes 20 min…. Like why?! It’s airport fast food. Need to have faster options.

I understand that the airport is a busy and chaotic place with different times of the day that have a higher influx of people. However, having a 25-30 minute wait no matter if you just order fries or a meal is a bit outrageous. Either they need to have more people scheduled or have a better system for people. Also, if they expect a 25-30 minute wait and not tell people this until after they have ordered/paid at the kiosks then they need a better way to refund money rather than saying they will pay them later and they can’t get a refund on the spot. I also understand it is a stressful job to have but having the employees constantly yelling is quite overwhelming.
Atmosphere is great! Great area to sit down. Food here sat in the light for 10-15min. Staff told us they were short staff and was taking their time with orders talking and moving slowly. Sadly we watched a rude encounter with different patron and staff…

It was good and all but I will never go there again. The wait time was 84847 years. The tables were dirty and no janitor. And I found a hair in my fries. Still pretty tasty. But never go there.
