The lady at the counter was super friendly and chatty! However, their slogan “Every Bite a Better Burger” seems to be all talk. Sure, it was a better burger than nothing, and it had good weight as opposed to some fast food burgers, but the buns and the patty were just soft and bland. They need more seasoning and texture. I would expect a fairly new fast food chain to have a more competitive product than they do, but, I guess people will always eat there when the next door Chick Fil A line is too long.

Slowest fast food ever. Don't go there if you're in a hurry.

About 7pm Tuesday February 27-2 men 1 woman working. Guy takes order from counter-then as I get up there he leaves-doesn’t say to use kiosk or put a sign up saying use kiosk-people were piling up behind me. The woman was very rude-hopefully owner can see who it was by time and date at Minneapolis airport.

The menu on display shows you can order a jackfruit plant-based burger - but it's not on the kiosk where you order. Employees are unwilling to assist. They are dismissive and uninterested. Typical. Very disappointing. Was excited to try this place for the first time.

The restaurant is in C12, by the time I walked to my gate in C26 to eat the fries they were cold already. The avocado burger was ok nothing to brag about at all, but definitely could have been better. 20 dollars with no drink, I would caution others to pick a different option to eat.

Great rare burgers. Always a 15-30 minute wait. Staff can be rude about making you pay at kiosk not cashier. Sometimes the burgers are possibly too rare. Lettuce leaf is great option.

This is literally the worse SmashBurger. They are located in an airport, you would think they'd prioritize efficiency. Don't bother stopping at this location if you have a flight that leaves in 1hr. I was number 8 on the order list, waited more than 30mins. Had to run to my flight. Didnt even get to eat my food.

Service was good. The single bacon burger was good and not too expensive for airport food. However, avoid the tater tots, they were very greasy.

*** No, no, no ... just no, don't do it. ***Why do I even try to eat airport food? This menu looks great but tastes bad. Both my sandwich and tater tots tastelike they were fried in last month's oil.*** Do your gut a favor ... eat later. ***

Food was great! Burgers were very tender, and Smashfries were crispy and seasoned to perfection with rosemary. Not sure why this place has a low rep! Was so good we got seconds.

Unfriendly/rude/snotty male staff at the counter. Wouldn’t make us a shake because he said their wasn’t a staff member to do it even though they were not busy at all. Food was very slow to come up for only a 3 orders being on the prep screen while we waited. Boss man is lucky they have a captive audience inside of an airport where most people will probably not check reviews before dining. Food was decent quality.

Absolutely outrageous for the price of a burger, fries and a drink. Almost 4 bucks for a fountain drink?! These guys are a bunch of crooks. Last time I come here.
