The brisket wasn’t dry, very tender, most and flavorful. Same goes to the ribs, the ribs fell off the bone and was very tender as well. Definitely some of the best if not the best brisket and ribs in Saint Paul/Minneapolis.
🔥🔥🔥🔥 Let me just say those eggrolls 👩🏾🍳💋!!!! Brisket was amazingly tender, nice smoked flavor, juicy! And that pepper dip, nice & spicy!!! Prices are decent & portions are great
The food was all delicious and the made to perfection. The people running the food truck were super friendly...the only downside is the wait but, that was only because they were super busy. It was all well worth the wait.
