I dont want to be a downer on Christmas eve, and I know they were busy, but to be lied to warrants this. For about 3 years I do Ubereats occasionally for a side gig. Some Starbuck make you go in...thats fine, some don't, that's fine too. Sometimes I think it depends on who's working. And that's okay too lol!! But at this location I've NEVER been asked to go inside. She said it was policy. So I asked okay, since when, she said since forever. Now I'd be fine with this. Except then I was stuck in line, couldn't back up, couldn't go forward. That still would have been fine, but to have some kid flat out lie, screw that. I understand working with young people can be challenging. But please Train them to not lie, or think they can get away with it with grown adults. Thank you....PS by the time I was able to leave they could have just handed me the order. I won't be accepting orders from here again.

WONDERFUL Starbucks location!!! The drinks are AMAZING and the customer service is INCREDIBLE!!!
Missing items. I’m tired of paying extra to have food and drinks personalized and then have the add ons missing. This has consistently been a problem. I order through the app and there isn’t an easy way to resolve these problems, so leaving a review here instead.

I purposely drive out of my way to avoid this Starbucks. I thought I would give it another shot the other day but remembered why I haven’t returned in months. The staff is very unfriendly, rude, don’t even say hi when you pull up. Just immediately ask for a tip on their machine. It’s too bad this location has such an unfriendly, unhappy staff. Won’t be returning. I will give up the drive through and walk into kowalskis for a much friendlier, happier experience.

Convenient location, friendly staff and consistent quality. I've never had a problem at this store other than waiting due to too many mobile orders at once.

When someone orders a latte with vanilla at least you could add the vanilla you’re certainly charge for it! $12.00If you were busy I would understand but you only had 1 car in the drive thur and myself inside.No excuse!
