Subway in Saint Paul

“I was at subway after daylight savings time and the place was packed with kids before 11. The staff did a great job keeping up with the extra business and keeping a fantastic attitude. It looked like Nate was opening the restaurant alone and did a great job with the unexpected early rush. You have a great staff here!“

“I'm just really writing this review to tell everybody that's whining about Subway and the employees try it for a day see how you feel about customers like yourself coming in and being a holes to them! I've been eating at Subway for many many years only had a problem one time they were closed because I forgot to set my clock ahead so it was really 9: 45 and not 8:45 which I thought it was so it was my bad now stop complaining about the employees unless you've done it or are doing it!!!!“

“The Sandwich artist Bree when I visited was incredibly welcoming and quick. She managed to make, between me and the other people in line, 5 Sandwiches all in around 10 minutes. She did a really good job making them and was incredible at remembering and accommodating requests for toppings. A credit to the franchise, this was one of my best Subway experiences in a long while“

“Let me say I went twice today. The store was extremely clean in the morning and evening. Jacob and Collin, we INCREDIBLE handling all the computer orders I'm assuming for Door Dash as well as handling the line for customers in the store. I went back with my kiddos in the evening, and we all ordered the 3 footlongs for 19.99 (great deal, btw). Collin and Jacob again were just as friendly as earlier in the morning.

I was at Walmart and passed a Subway but chose to drive to this one specifically because the service was PHENOMENAL, and the vibe felt like family.

“The girl who was working behind the counter was an absolute gem. (10/12 @ 1:45pm) Literally customer service is her second nature and it's quite clear that she is very good at her job and extremely personable. Not only that but she was also working by herself. Staff like this truly make a place.“

“This is my goto subway now as of a few months ago. The 699 footlong or bogo deals brought me in but the quality of the sandwiches is what keeps me coming back. It's an all Latino staff, they're friendly and do a great job everytime.“

“I had a bad experienceWalked in and 2 employees assisted in making a sandwich for me and my child but, no FRESH lettuce ("supposedly") then the lady refused to finish making our sandwiches 2x's saying "girl bye...blah blah blah" "I'm not making your sandwich!" And my response was in calm tone, respectful manner, "so your refusing to make my sandwich because you ain't ready,when all you have to do is get the lettuce from the back!" "I'm going to have to call corporate and let them know about this, it's not right the sign says FRESH made!" and she walked away then other customers came in and she said "no lettuce to them too but I stood solid and waited patiently for the lady to reassess herself while grabbing that lettuce ? as I was paying she said to not tip her (she refused a tip) I still thanked her and the "Angry sandwich" she made was very delicious!GOD BLESS HER ❤️ ??GOD LOVES YOU!!!!
