First time in, as I sit and eat this delicious food, I'm typing this. I had too! This Sandwich is the greatest breakfast sandwich I've ever tasted. The cold press is ultra smooth and tastes amazing. High quality stuff here. Will be making this a part of my daily routine. Sorry bucks and bou.. ?Note* French toast is weekend only. However. The sandwich outweighs any negative feeling.Great first visit. Cheers to you all ?

This is an AMAZING cafe!!! Right away we were greeted with a warm welcome. The service was phenomenal, and the food was even better. A little pricey, but TOTALLY worth it. The cinnamon roll was absolutely to die for. I would recommend this cafe a thousand times to everyone. Definitely a great hidden spot in St. Paul!!

A friend and I went to Swede Hollow for breakfast about a week ago. We both got this mind-blowingly delicious egg on toast with ricotta and pesto and ripe tomatoes. It was one of the most delicious things I've ever eaten. All I can say is: GO! I'm sure everything is incredible. Fresh ingredients, made to order, and so, so, so good. If it's nice out, sit outside at one of the tables in the beautiful garden.

A group of us gathered there today. We graduated from high school together a number of years ago, and we were all in the Twin Cities today. We had the most wonderful time. The food, coffee, and service were all fantastic. After we finished visiting, we took some photos outside. What a gorgeous place. I can't wait to go back. Thank you for taking such good care of our group.

I visited twice in the last month and it is not what it used to be. I had a dirty chai which didn't taste like chai and had just a hint of coffee taste and I had a miel which wasn't very tasty. Both seemed weak and watered down. I used to love the chai but no more. I am saddened that this once awesome place doesn't serve the quality product it used to. I love the location and everything else about it.

One of my favorite places in east Saint Paul. Coffee is fantastic, they have great treats, and breakfast and lunch is amazing. Plus, the patio area has beautiful flowers and shade

I just stopped in for a latte with my daughter today but I can't wait to go back and have stay for food. The food all looked and smelled great. I was very impressed with the essence of the place...The inside was lovely but the unique dining vibe outside was calling my name plus I heard they also have seating UPSTAIRS!!Although, the main reason I'm so excited to go back is because the entire place was simply enchanting! That is the only word I can think of, that even comes close, to describing the feeling I had today upon leaving Swede Hollow Cafe, with my lavender latte. Enchanted with an extra espresso shot for flavor.

Big old house converted into a homey cafe/coffee shop near Metro State University. They had a great cup of coffee and plenty options for more intricate drinks. I ordered the caramel french toast and like magic on your taste buds. I cannot wait to order it again! They also had MASSIVE fresh baked cinnamon rolls I need to stop back in for.

They changed the Pecan Carmel roll recipe with the New owners. VERY DISAPOINTED! They won awards for the Pecan Carmel Rolls with the old version. Please, please, please bring back the original recipe!Feel like the new owners are not in it to win it with customers. We should also be able to dine inside again.

Very nice community cafe. I had a delicious bacon and veggie quiche (nice flaky crust!), and a cappuccino. Cap was decent, and I'm sure their other drinks are better. (I have high standards for cappuccino foam, but this one wasn't too bad.)I didn't have a chance to enjoy their outdoor patio since it's still cold and wet outside (it's March in Minnesota). The patio/garden looks very nice, so I'll be back again to enjoy it this summer.Nice, friendly staff. Clean and tidy seating space. Lots of light on both floors, and it looks like great study space on the second level. Thanks for the nice visit! I'll definitely be back, of only for another quiche!Wheelchair accessibility: Entrance - No steps on the main floor of the cafe. Slight incline/ramp from public sidewalk to front door. Small bump at threshold..Restroom - Non-gendered, single room restroom on main level. Somewhat tight turn to access the restroom past the counter, but the restroom itself seems to have enough space to maneuver most assistance devices..Doors - All doors are manual. No push-buttons. Front door doesn't seem too heavy, has a lever handle. Some folks may need assistance with entrance to restroom, especially since it has a knob handle..Other- Staff seem friendly and helpful.- Order counter is about 36-40" height- 2nd floor is not accessible due to stairs (but there is an extra restroom upstairs).
