This is a family-run spot, with counter service, plenty of booth seating, and no frills. It’s an atmosphere I like, with a diverse customer base eating in and taking out. The food is good and reasonably priced, presented neatly and attractively on Styrofoam plates. (I've always eaten in, never to go.) Service is friendly in English and/or Spanish. I will say that I had this at the food truck, not the restaurant itself.
But oh my gosh, I cannot say enough things about how delicious my burrito was. I got just a regular burrito that had chorizo in it (I don't usually like chorizo, but wanted to try new things). And I got some hot sauce to go on the side. And while I was about halfway through eating it, I had to call my fiance, because I want to go to the actual brick and mortar restaurant. Like this...

We are at their food truck at the Hudson Farmer’s Market on Saturday morning. We got a breakfast burrito and it was amazing. I went back for a second because I had to share too much of the first one. The employees were so friendly and conversational. Accommodating and offered to cut the burrito in half and gave us 2 sides of sauce - one for each half. It will become a regular Saturday breakfast for us!
