Delicious food. Dal makhani n aaloo paratha was amazing. Even plane lassi tasted soo good. Placed seemed a little old so was skeptical at first. But food and hospitality was really good. Food was catered to our taste.

Wonderful Indian food, but the decor is a little dated. I have always enjoyed what I ordered, and get takeout when I can. If you are around for lunch, the buffet is a great way to try something new.

I can tell when food is good when I order TIKAMASALA and in this place it wasn't the authentic indian taste, a little disappointed because is closer to home but I'll keep going to a Minneapolis placel.

Lots of delicious choices, but some family members REALLY like 🔥 when they say hot -- not MN 'nice' version of hot. We will have to be more convincing next time we visit. Definitely worth another try.

Walked in around 7pm on 12/02/2025 and was seated near the windows server plopped down two bottles of water on the table then took our order asked us if we wanted soda or tea two more times then as the server walked away my date noticed a big rat run across the floor behind me after that I decided we should leave and tbh anyone else who cares about their health should NOT eat at Taste of India on Cope Ave in Maplewood MN. If a restaurant is dirty enough that you see Mr. Ratatouille's cousin himself (lil cheez) then it shouldn't be open.
