The fried chicken sandwich with bacon and cheddar was out of this world.
Perfectly crispy and juicy at the same time.
I inhaled it so quickly there wasn't time to take a photo!

I arrived here for lunch. Select staff are amazing. (Which is why I would come back) Others are not. Team members in leadership need to understand words matter. There was a woman today who told another team member “you lose” these tables and “you keep” these tables. Sorry!! If you are coming in as relief, let the staff complete their transaction and then relief take over the new patrons. As a patron, I was upset as this exchange was done publically. Food is a bit overcooked. But food is also fast. Again, there is some amazing staff!!! Hope you experience these same individuals.

Extremely slow service. Slow to get menu, drinks, food, check, my credit card back. Ordered 2 drinks and side of fried green beans. Food was cold and greasy and I never saw my server again to have them correct it.

MSP is a great airport. Imagine my surprise, coming to this establishement, hungry for a Blucy, to find that it was nothing but a burger patty with blue cheese on top. Frauds! Fools! I begged like a starving puppy for service, only to wait ten minutes for a mediocre burger and coffee. Against the forceful tides of expectation this place is bent and stained with dissapointment- broken dreams of a Blucy. It's funny, because if I was old enough to drink, I might've ordered also several shots of whiskey to take off my sorrow, and they might've earned more from their atrocity in the end. Sad, because instead they are condemned to naught more than a second star.

Skip the juicy Lucy burgers here. There is no cheese inside. Asked for a second one and it came the same way. Staff said they are always this way due to some temperature requirements and they put the cheese on top because of that. Should have got wings, they looked good.

This is easily the worst place I’ve been to in my entire life. I essentially had to make my own Cobb salad. It was lazy work at best. My husband’s hand was burned by a $20 microwaved hamburger that poured hot juice all over his jacket and hand. Like we are literally burn victims after being here. The waitress never checked in with us and had an attitude from the moment we sat down. It’s not worth your time or money.

I’d recommend bringing your own food and drink to this restaurant. If you weren’t hungry or thirsty when you arrived, you will be by the time you’re asked for your order. If you’ve heard of “dine and ditch” this would be the easiest place because they’ve already forgotten

This is the perfect place to sit if you have hours at the airport. Because that's how long it will take you to get a menu, and your order taken and then your mediocre food. I was there on a Friday at 1:45 pm. I got a menu at 2:10. My food at 2:25. But at the least the food was hot, right? Nope. Fries could have been from 10 days ago because they were room temp. Chicken, or at least that is what they call it was rubbery and dry at the same time. I maybe ate 3/4 of the meal. Luckily I asked for the check when I got my food or who knows how long I would have been there. The waitress was friendly, I will give her that. I have given this place way too many chances. More than I should have so that is on me. This review is long overdue. I am done Blue Door Pub. $27 after tip for bad food and that was with water and no cocktail. Close down the kitchen and just be a pub. Hopefully you can get that right.

Sat down at a 1215. 1230 and no waitress. Plenty tending to customers at other tables. We left.

Don't order food here. The Blucy burger, famous for blue cheese, was a dry, beef-colored sponge with mere specks of something cheese-ish. Left me a bit hangry. Service was fine, but I didn't go there for service.

The bartender is extremely rude! I suggest sitting at a table. The waitresses are very nice and professional!

Great airport bar/pub if you have a bit of a layover. Ordered beers and cheese curds which were amazing!

Overall the vibe was wonderful. Great music and felt like we got away from the airport. Service was not good though. Every time we asked for something, the server made it seem like we were a burden to them. Most of the food tasted like it had been overcooked in burnt oil.
