This is a beautiful cafe with amazing customer service. There were not any tables to dine in due to max capacity, so a larger space would be nice. However, the takeout was yummy and the waiting area included seating.I ordered the avocado toast and a berry bowl to go. I also ordered blueberry lemon souffle pancakes to go, and the presentation was still intact by the time I arrived at home.Highly recommended
One of the most gorgeous places to dine in the cities. Reservations aren’t able to be made but the seating system moves decently fast. Employees were very supportive of me wanting to get aesthetic pictures. ☺️

The BEST SOUFFLÉ in Twin Cities - handsdown!!Super cute vibes, more feminie!Perfect for dates and especially around the Valentine time.Their soufflés are like clouds - both savory and sweet. A must try is their Soufflé Benedict, the hollandaise sauce on top is OMG - heaven!Ambience is so cozy. The drinks menu has a variety too, you must try the Fruit milk. We got the strawberry one along with Rosegold Honey Latte.
I've been dying to try the famous souffle pancakes and on a recent getaway to Minnesota i finally had the opportunity. I visited Thirty-Six Cafe and i instantly fell in love. It's such a beautifully decorated cafe. It's on the smaller side so i recommend getting there as soon as they open because it gets full right away. The decor is very instagramable and the two ladies working there i'm assuming they are the owners were really welcoming and friendly. They helped me decide which options to go with and mentioned their most popular dishes. I went with the Lemon Blueberry Souffle pancakes. I loved the combination of that sweet and tart and it was so creamy and airy. I also ordered their classic pancakes which were also so addicting with those piles of creamy whip on top. It was an overall nice experience and i would eat it every day if i could. It must visit location for sure.

Amazing food and service. There is huge rush specially during holidays and weekends but hopefully will be little less packed on non peak days. We did take out and everything was packed nicely. We enjoyed our pancakes and coffee outside on a sunny day.
