Bar maid was great, good service, good beers, food was really tastey. Got a pizza which was delicious but after I got done eating watched the gal who cooked it grab a dirty rag off of the top of the garbage can to wipe down the prep surface and the pizza cutter before making more pizzas. Lost my appetite
Pizza was surprisingly good and great value considering you are in an airport. Carbs with a well balanced pizza sauce and a beer was a perfect way to spend a layover. Would definitely stop back here next time I find myself in MSP.
Hate the fact everything is online , you can’t even order a drink without going thru app and food was pretty slow to get out , pretty much a bad food experience. Never ever go back again
What a joke—do not stop here!
I’ve had better food, much better service, and found the restaurant cleaner getting breakfast at a truck stop.
-Cleanliness/atmosphere: see pictures. Disgusting. These were taken rather early in the morning.
-Service: see photo of a service charge that does NOT go to the servers. All orders go through a tablet for to go orders or via smart phone (where you must give a good deal of personal data and tip in advance) for in restaurant dining. Servers seemed disinterested at best, intentionally dismissive at worst.
-Food: for breakfast, see picture. The omelet was quite literally an overcooked egg with some plastic cheese. The “salad” was out of date greens in a tiny quantity.
Overall? This place will not leave you disappointed, worse, it will make you angry. There’s better value in vending machine food.
It’s in an airport, so keep perspective.
That said, the pizza here was pretty dang good, and the service was pleasant and efficient.
It’s more like quick casual than actual sit-down. You go in and seat yourself. Then you scan a qr code and order. It’s simple and quick. Server brings it out and periodically checks up.
MSP Terminal 1 is pretty nice in general these days, and this a good spot to grab a beer and a pizza if you’re laying over for a bit here.
Ordered the beer queso burger. After 2 bites, I realized it came out with no tomatoes and no ranch chip as it said on the menu. Burger was very plain.
I ordered a breakfast with orange juice for my son and a coffee for me, they served us water and spilled it on the table and did not clean it, when breakfast arrived they did not give my son the juice, nor did they give my coffee, I had to stop to order my coffee, the juice was never delivered to my son

The bartenders are great. The food is good (overpriced).
Two things management needs to address:
There are two different music feeds blaring into the establishment, and, the employees that are not doing anything sit by the bar yelling at each other.

We went to have breakfast . I ordered an over easy eggs Benedict and my wife ordered a breakfast burger . When we received our meal , the potatos were cold and my wife 's burger wasn't done. She sent it back and it took another half hour for them to replace it. Never go there again.

Burger and pizza were decent but overpriced (expected from an airport food joint). Moderately long wait—33 min for takeout. Had to order from kiosk and had minimal interaction with any staff except to ask for a beverage that had been forgotten

I was surprised to see a QR code for the menu. Was easy to use but when I cracked joke about it to the bartender about it he instantly was insulted. He asked to see my ID so I cracked another joke about how the QR code didnt scan my ID and he was furious. Grow a skin. I handed him my ID and he threw it back at me and said "do you want to be served or not?!" I said "easy buddy it was just a joke " he is lucky he got a tip at all, especially with a QR code as a menu. Looks like the owner hires 40 year old children for bartenders.

Really poor service, do not order from this place when you're at the airport. Train your employees better.

Looks like a decent place, too bad they only take orders on an app. I'm not spending 10 minutes figuring out how to order a jack and coke.
Servers ask you to place the order using QR code. Once my order was placed, two different came to ask if I had placed my order. Second server was very rude when I said another server had already gotten checked and that I was good. Also, chicken was super dry.

Just had hair in my food and they didn’t think I deserved a discount or compensation… mind you, they had to take another 20 mins to remake my food as I’m waiting on my flight. Terrible customer service
