My brother went to this spot for lunch today... what was expected to be a way to fill his stomach was actually the way that emptied it. The food poisoning that he received on his layover was so bad that it led to the ruining of our entire day and a vomit covered car. If you want to have a great start to your vacation, DO NOT come here.

After I asked a simple question about the ordering system. The bald bartender gave an extremely snarky answer (‘do you see any computers back here? We don’t have all that fancy stuff.’ …. A cash register?) He could’ve just said, ‘No, sorry.’ The customer next to me then asked for his name, but the bartender refused to give it to him.2/24 6:00 pm.

Easily the blandest "spicy" burger I've ever had, and it took forever to get prepared. I watched five people that ordered after me get their food before mine arrived. Pick anywhere but here.

Ordered the grilled chicken sandwhich. I was not impressed. The chicken was dry and the French fries were cold. Took 20 minutes to overcook a chicken sandwhich and leave the fries out to cool off.Check your tip, this place defaults to 18% for bringing out your food even though that's probably part of the service fee.

YUMMY!!! Classic cheese curds always a win but these are a bit "above and beyond" with the "plating." Barbara provided great service. Easy-going atmosphere and location perfectly comfortable for layovers-- have a nosh, have a cocktail, watch a movie on your device (or enjoy their piped in music, so far so great! ) or engage with the patrons- there's room for any and all!

Staff is nice and friendly, food came out quick, ordered the Tap Burger and Fries, easily the most plain tasting burger and fries I’ve had. Fries were like eating cardboard, burger was bland as can be, it’s bad when the lettuce has more taste than the burger or bun. Cost was $21 for burger, fries and water, they also charge a convenience fee like most Minnesota restaurants, won’t eat here again.

I really try hard to find the positive things in every situation but the longer I stayed and observed the setup the worse it got. Do not eat here if you do not have at least 50-60 minutes. Do not eat here if you expect to have any kind of service from a human at all. I witnessed at least 20 people leave without their food or get a refund ticket because of the POS system and no host or anyone helping anyone out. Ohh you need a fork or knife, watch out as the pizza lady throws one at you from over the counter! This is by far the worst setup I have ever seen, a 4.5% hospitality charge ? only to have zero hospitality. The owners should be ashamed of how this place is set up, complete garbage customer service and pure confusion from the patron to the staff. I can't imagine the complaint department or the amount of time to process refunds! I sincerely hope this place goes away or change their expirence. If not, then a business dedicated to customer service is put in its place, I guarantee if you made some changes you and your staff would make way more money. By far the dumbest setup I have ever seen, take some of that 4.5% and hire a host or someone that can help people out, or don't I don't care.

What a poor design for a restaurant. Whom ever owns or invested in this establishment has obviously never worked in the service industry. They use a very flawed QR code system for ordering, which makes the dining experience very impersonal and more difficult on the employees having to explain how to use it, and then dealing with displeased people.I really hope the employees at this establishment make a good hourly wage becuase they are getting less that 20% on each tab because of the structure set.

No option to order without using QR code, must enter phone number to order. Service itself was fine but the fact they can not take your order is ridiculous

They told us they don't have menus. They said you have to order on your phone. My phone was in my luggage. A guest was nice enough to order for us. Terrible service.

Service is none existent. You have to order on your phone. Had a burger and chips for $2000, just so-so. All the food in G Concourse is very expensive.

I didn't eat here. I was wandering through the airport around 3am, so they were closed. There were mice running around the dining area. I only saw 2 and I didn't get a picture before they hid.
