Keepin’ It Real

Ridiculous, just go ahead shut down already. Looking for a decent place to get a glass of wine and bite, visually this place fit the bill. Not crowded. Like two people at the bar and NO one in the dining section. I look at the woman’s pizzaette and looks good. Start to sit down and bartender tells me it’s drinks only, he’s backed up and has no cook. Say what?! It’s 6:00pm, prime time, and that’s your story? Why are you here? Unacceptable, two thumbs down.

The service from the server was subpar, and when going to pay (being that I am from outside of the US), her attitude was confrontational and belittling. My bruschetta was cold (out of her control), and the atmosphere was poor, being that half the section is under construction. I won’t put this servers name out there publicly, but to management, her named started with “i”. I would not recommend this stop in the airport

The female bartender here was not friendly and also seemed annoyed when I asked her questions about the food. I ordered the bruschetta which was basically a giant piece of bread with a few cherry tomatoes thrown on top. It was terrible! Nothing like real bruschetta. Basically $12 for a piece of bread that looked like a hamburger bun. The bartender never asked me how my food was, so there was no opportunity to send it back.

So I sit down at the side tables of this establishment before boarding my 3rd leg of my trip to Alaska when the rudest nastiest most disrespectful bar tender attacks me for sitting down at an empty table in an empty bar conveniently located right across from my boarding doors. Not only did she instruct me to go sit in the back but when I didn’t jump up to do so immediately she went on to ask me why hadn’t I gotten up. My colleague who overheard n witnessed the entire incident asked me what prompted the verbal assault. I explained to her what had just transpired and as I got to my last word. The rude bar tender said that if I didn’t get up she was going to call airport police on me. That’s when my colleague chimed in that she was completely unprofessional and she was applauded to hear her talk to me that way.

Nice airport wine bar serving a pretty good selection of world wines by the glass, including some flights. The food selection looks nice, though the portion of the pasta dish I had was a little small. Friendly staff.

Wine selection is fine but the food is disappointing. I ordered arugula salad with tuna, they poured can tuna over arugula. They poured all the salt on top of the salad; I couldn’t even finish. Wine prices are around $18-25.

Friendly counter attendants and GREAT coffee like Americanos, latte, etc. and none of the wait like Caribou and Starbucks. Near the C concourse around gate 9.

It's pricey but you have decent choices. Red/white house wines are $12. Meal choices are pretty much all appetizers. Pricey but really good. Service was impeccable.Atmosphere: it's in an airport...you know what to expect.

If youre standing in line for Subway, remember you can have corporate food anywhere. Instead try Vino Volo and regret nothing. The prices are excellent for quality of eating expierence. The salads and sandwiches are unequivicle. This place is a GEM at gate H.

One of the weirdest airport interactions I’ve had in all my years of flying. I ordered a very basic Salad, Arugula with lemonoil, parmesan, and canned tuna. It came covered in black pepper. I told the server I don’t like black pepper, especially not on salads. She told me to eat it cause she didn’t want to throw away a whole plate of food. I tried to, as she was being difficult, but could not (have a slight allergy to black pepper) so asked for the bill and I told her its not normal to put black pepper on salads with out asking. She then proceeded to gaslight me and say thats normal and i probably just never noticed before! Paid $23. Went and ordered a salad at a Republic bar around the corner, asked the bartender, please no black pepper, to which he replied “ Why would there be black pepper on it?!” So I shared my Vino Volo experience, to which he replies “thats crazy.” And yes, it was. A complete waste of my time & money and the food. Such an awful dining experience that I’m writing my 1st google review ever.

I usually hate airport-based restaurants and wineries, but the customer service here was solid. Minnesota isn’t known for wine (the winters are too harsh), but the venue here was pleasant to visit while waiting for my flight.

Fantastic, the food is fresh and well prepared. A great wine selection and attentive polite service. This will be my go to in the airport.
