a completely acceptable airport experience. i can understand why some people are underwhelmed by the service, but i loved it. it’s a great place to go and get a snack and a drink while charging your devices and working. it’s not fine dining, but it does appeal to an adult palate, which is nice! the servers don’t bother you unnecessarily, but they are friendly when bringing you what you order via QR code. their kitchen closes at 10, but they didn’t shoo me away at that time. they let me eat what i had and order more drinks. it feels more like a more cozy extension of the gate waiting area than a restaurant, especially late at night. if you can accept it for what it is, it might be just what you need.

The service was horrible, the server forgot to get me cutlery, tried to get their attention but they were just standing by the door chatting with the bar tender. At this point, food is cold. I finally get their attention and got to enjoy the food which was amazing- compliments to the chef.
Waiting again for water, so i walked up to get it myself. This was poured in a glass that had a lipstick stain, meaning it was a dirty glass.
Overall not a good experience!!!

The place is nice, and everyone was super nice but there were not a lot of people around. I had the fettuccine alfredo and some of the noodles were undercooked. The chicken was a bit dry, combined with that with the price (even for at the airport) and it was a bit disappointing.

Amazing food and what a treat to be able to sit while you wait for your flight to board so you’re not sitting on the plan for 50 minutes.
Burger was great, the salad IS the up charge. Fries are amazing.

The staff at Volante were so pleasant and really went above and beyond. Leanne made my day with her kindness and thoughtful service.

Horrible service as the staff and I equally hate the QR code and tip before you get served policy of this place. Leadership is out of touch with clients or don’t care.

Zero customer service just a qr code
Totally cool man
Don't go..... no sign saying Seat yourself. Asked two employees talking at an empty table. Had to use QR code to order, prepay and to Pre Tip for unknown service!. Which turned out to be horrid. Rude waiter, ordered then 20 min later, yes 20 min at an airport they said what I ordered wasn't available. I changed my order which took another 20min asked to speak to a manager. Manager are unable to give refunds that's right she could not even credit the difference for a meal I didn't even receive! McDonald's is a better choice then here

Service was OK. I am not a fan at all of QR code ordering. And I'm a very high-tech guy. It's not about the convenience as much as it is the social aspect. You lose the whole human connection with your servers and bartenders. There's no capacity to communicate. Even adding a preference to the tab is difficult because you're limited to just a few words. Now, even though I mentioned it's not so much of an issue with convenience, it is still a problem to a degree. The web interface will push upsells HARD. Every chance it gets, 'do you want to add a desert?'. No. If I did, I would have ordered it. Annoying. I'm not giving more money to a place that charges $18 for a cocktail.QR code ordering is asinine and does not promote good business. Stop doing this!
