I stop for lunch! Sound weird? It’s not. Don’t discount their ready made deliciousness. I’m a BBQ pork & old school potato salad fan. Yes, I get it for just me. BUT shop here for hosting too. Their customer service is above par.
We had Von Hanson's cater our wedding, and we couldn't be happier with the whole experience! Food was excellent! Service was excellent!I also want to make sure to mention that, even though they are primarily a butcher shop, they also provided some great vegetarian options for our friends and family who do not eat meat.I do not recall the names of the two people who worked our event. I was the groom, and got a lot of names thrown at me that day, but they were fantastic....
Planning a special meal I ordered a center cut beef tenderloin, trimmed, to be prepared as a roulade. It turned out delicious and was so tender. I can always count on them when I need the perfect cut of meat.
