We had Von Hanson's cater our wedding, and we couldn't be happier with the whole experience! Food was excellent! Service was excellent!I also want to make sure to mention that, even though they are primarily a butcher shop, they also provided some great vegetarian options for our friends and family who do not eat meat.I do not recall the names of the two people who worked our event. I was the groom, and got a lot of names thrown at me that day, but they were fantastic....
Planning a special meal I ordered a center cut beef tenderloin, trimmed, to be prepared as a roulade. It turned out delicious and was so tender. I can always count on them when I need the perfect cut of meat.
Local and fresh meats for a price that wont break the bank? You cant beat that! The staff as all very helpful and their selection was nothing shy of expansive. Thank you von Hansons!
