I just wanna let you guys know that this place that the robert Street of Wendy’s this place is terrible. I ordered at the kiosk and I’ve been waiting for 10 to 15 minutes and then the manager saying that we don’t have your order what kind of business is this terrible manager I showed them that I paid and she’s still saying what was your order so why do you guys have a kiosk? If you guys don’t know the order never going back terrible customer service never ever going back. I would not recommend this Wendy’s. The manager was also rude to us.

I came in this morning to get a breakfast Baconator which was fine. I tried to order some sauces and the drive through worker seemed like she hated her job and was frustrated for no reason and also she was literally on her phone while taking my card and took forever to give my card back right away, and lastly I ordered a pull apart Cinnamon roll and it was hard as a rock….. no like actually hard as a rock almost chipped a tooth trying to bite into it. I tried to stick my fork into it and a piece flung onto my jacket. I would recommend not coming back to this specific Wendy’s because of the customer service and just the food overall.

let the buyer be aware, I placed an order for delivery, it was missing 1/2 the items the other half was burnt and cold. I called and they would only refund half my money for an order I couldn't eat, if could rate them no stars I would. This was the first time ordering delivery and from this store which is new to WSP, to be out of 15 bucks for an order that was thrown out, is inexcusable, the store is built for delivery, not that I'd come back to this store nor any Wendy's again.

Ever since this Wendy’s got here the service was terrible. Slow, and weird. Employees are all weird. There’s a new AI system and I refused to use it and the employee freaked out at me because they’re a “test” location. Like come on just take my order, I’m NOT using AI and I will not be your guinea pig. I also said my fries were cold PER THE PROCEDURE on the window and they’ll “make me new ones” and the woman said “no”
Honestly such an infuriating place.

They use an awful AI program to take orders. Its slow and it cut us off so we had to finish ordering at the window with a person anyways. Our order ended up being wrong. The fries and burgers tasted old.
Overall, slow, inaccurate service just to get poor, day-old food
