Ever since this Wendy’s got here the service was terrible. Slow, and weird. Employees are all weird. There’s a new AI system and I refused to use it and the employee freaked out at me because they’re a “test” location. Like come on just take my order, I’m NOT using AI and I will not be your guinea pig. I also said my fries were cold PER THE PROCEDURE on the window and they’ll “make me new ones” and the woman said “no”

Honestly such an infuriating place.

They use an awful AI program to take orders. Its slow and it cut us off so we had to finish ordering at the window with a person anyways. Our order ended up being wrong. The fries and burgers tasted old.

Overall, slow, inaccurate service just to get poor, day-old food

Oh my gosh, rude staff! The lady I spoke to acted like I was such a bother because I didn’t know where to go to pick up a DoorDash order! And the fact that you can’t get it through the drive thru?! Absolutely ridiculous. 10/10 DO NOT RECOMMEND

I just had The Worst Breakfast Baconator.
I eat this sandwich all the time, I even have it DoorDasher and even that was better than the one received from the drive thru today.
Maybe the had AI take the order and make it. I am beyond disappointed

Placed a mobile order at 10:20 AM so I could grab it fast. Showed up literally 3 minutes after 10:30 and was told my food would be thrown away because “you have to be here before 10:30.”

Wow. I didn’t realize Wendy’s food has the same expiration rules as Cinderella’s carriage. 🕑🥤✨

Imagine paying for food just for them to threaten to toss it and act like it’s normal. Customer service here needs a reboot — or at least a clock that’s not set by NASA.

Extremely frustrating that instead of hiring workers from the significant pool of people who are needing and willing to work, that Wendy’s implemented an AI order taker in the drive through. The AI also has never gotten my order correct and/or it errors out so staff have needed to address my order anyway. Since implementing AI, the staff seem more stressed. Workers have a positive impact on customers and removing the human connection is the opposite direction of what the world needs. On a food note, the food has been cold a few times or incorrect but the fries are usually good. Do better.

I went to drive thru to order and it’s an AI bot. I didn’t like that so I said out loud, “oh this is uncomfortable… HELLO??” And the Ai bot said they couldn’t get what I said. So I ordered my food and it still wasn’t understanding me. Thats when a human speaks and tells me to drive up. I do so and she says “If you didn’t wanna talk to the Ai bot just say so” and closes the window before payment.
I didn’t order attitude. I ordered food and it was good, not the service.

Don't go here, and definitely dont waste your money on delivery. The food always arrives cold, if you pay for extra sauce it never comes, and the workers sloppily throw together your burger. The staff here clearly don't care at all. They couldn't even be bothered to put any carmel in my CARMEL vanilla frosty.

I ordered an expensive burger on the run, asked that it be prepared without one condiment and the personnel failed to honor my request. This behavior in my opinion is totally unacceptable and had I been able to check at the time, I'd have certainly made them aware!
