Very poor customer service took 4 people 35 minutes to serve a normal meal. They worked very slow and did not care what so ever even some employees saying they did not work there even though they had the uniform on. Very poor would not recommend hire new workers.

Terrible burger and customer service as the checkout person was watching tik tok and very hard to understand. We ate there on January 7, 2023 at 12:10pm. We won’t go there again.

5/21/21, 9am. Minneapolis Airport. This was the worst experience. Only 2 people working, cashier not even friendly, poor customer service. Didn’t say hello or I’ll be right with you. Turn away from me to make coffee and just stood there watching the coffee brew. I ordered and it took 11 minutes to get a bacon egg &cheese biscuit, that’s all. First time at this airport and it was a unpleasant experience.
Piss poor service. Note to self. Always go to the place that has a line to wait in. There’s a reason for that.

Been here several times on my way through the airport. I don't think its run that well. Always a long line, which should be good, but orders take a long time. I think they might be closed for renovations now.
