Ordered a Vietnamese coffee ice cream twice on Uber Eats, got a Vietnamese iced coffee drink twice instead. I thought maybe they messed up the order in the first one, which is fine, stuff happens no biggie. I ordered the same item again, same result. Either the image and description of the item is incorrect as it said it would have ice cream along with a brownie and condensed milk, or they actually did mess up my order twice. Either way if I wanted a $9.25 drink, I would've ordered one but now I'm down an 1 hour and 20 mins of my time and still no coffee ice cream. I got two iced coffees tho!

I had a fabulous time at this ice cream parlor, I ordered the Reece's and bananas with extra Carmel as the topping and loved it!!! I would 10/10 recommend this place to friends and family:)

We recently stopped by this ice cream/boba shop with our kids and, honestly, it wasn’t the best experience. My wife and I ordered taro strawberry teas with boba, and a frozen raspberry lemonade for the kids. First off, we had to wait a while because a couple was ahead of us, which was no big deal. But it did take him like 15-20 minutes to even start on our order. He even mixed our order up and tried to give me a raspberry ice cream instead of the frozen raspberry lemonade.When we finally got things straightened out, he told us they’re out of the taro strawberry, which was a bummer. It kinda felt like he knew all along but waited until the last minute to tell us. We picked something else, which also turned out to be out of stock as well. They only had a few drinks on the menu, and by then, i just picked anything because we had been waiting so long.To top it off, I saw on the receipt that I got charged extra for that ice cream mix-up. I didn’t make a fuss about it, but it was annoying. And when we finally got our drinks, they didnt seem very sweet or flavorful. Very subpar. Also, the place wasn’t the cleanest, pretty dusty and a bit dirty, which makes you wonder about what goes on behind the counter.Overall, it was a pretty disappointing visit. We were hoping for a nice family time, but it just didn’t turn out that way.

My kid she was really loving it the place it's so nice and clean and also the people who are serving the ice cream they are so kind ? ? No rush for us yummy ice cream for sure ever Lo the ice cream don't think it was a lot but until the end I was finally can able to finish it up. So there it maybe seems small amount for you but until the end it's was a lot of the ice cream
I have had rolled ice cream a few times and unfortunately this has been the least desirable by far. Firstly the shop seemed pretty dirty and there was ALOT of like fruit flys which made it uncomfortable to eat my ice cream there. secondly the ice cream - I got the Match flavor which sadly tasted just like an old vanilla with no matcha to be found. i personally did not find it worth the $9. Service was fine, no comments on that.

We got uber eats for this bc we had a sweet tooth craving! Oh my gosh this was super good! not too sweet and a perfect portion to share with two people!! You could tell it was high quality dairy it tasted so fresh and was still frozen when delivered to us!

We had Michael and the crew cater ice cream and drinks for our wedding reception. It was an absolute hit with the crowd-- definitely one of the highlights. Michael was super awesome to work with and made our day that much more special. Can't recommend enough!
