Ordered food online from here today.. chef definitely doesn’t want to be there quality was terrible! And I’ve been here many,many times! Never had a bad experience until I placed an online order! Pasta overcooked, toast was hard as a rock,chicken dry as ever a very small amount! The container was pretty empty!

I went with my sister for her birthday and we ordered two sandwiches to go and three cupcakes and a cookie to celebrate. The sandwiches were lovely, egg salad and a veggie. Fresh bread and well made and tasty. The cupcakes were Super Super disappointing!! So dry that they were inedible. Did they give us cupcakes a week old?? Seriously, even with all the frosting on top, could not eat them. For a bakery that prides itself on cakes, not sure I will go back. Sorry.

Absolutely delicious food, pretty fast service, great and relaxed atmosphere. Really good vegetarian options. Their house pickles are fantastic, more towards a fresh cucumber with a light pickle flavor- not usually a pickle lover but these are fantastic!

Great food, great treats, great coffee, and great staff! The “paint” the Halloween cookies are absolutely ADORABLE🎃 My grandkids loved painting them and they are yummy!!

I went to Yum! Kitchen in St. Paul a little over a week ago on my lunch break, and the entire experience was a disappointment. Our order was completely wrong from the start — several items were missing, and two of the things we did get weren’t what we ordered. I even left work, drove back once just to fix part of the order because they forgot the sticky buns.
When I finally got back to Minneapolis and unpacked everything, I found even more mistakes: one meal had sweet potatoes instead of the mashed potatoes we ordered, and the other was supposed to have a side of sautéed kale — instead, we got kale salad and a mix of other random items.
When I called, Vince told me they’d comp the entire meal to make up for the confusion. I appreciated that gesture — until nothing happened. No refund, no follow-up, just empty promises.
At this point, it feels like we got nothing but lies, lies, lies. Between the wrong orders, the wasted time, and the lack of accountability, this was one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve had in a long time.
Always delightful staff, ULTRA-CLEAN space, Owner is respectful, cheerful and socialable. Never disappointed, ever. Remarkable menu too...

I thought the sandwich said I had was really good I wasn't super really impressed with the hot chocolate it didn't have a lot of flavor. The atmosphere was great. The customer service was awesome. I think for the hot chocolate it's just a preference for me it doesn't make theirs not great just for me I like a bolder flavor. What made the customer service grade is they brought everything out and when they saw your finished with something they immediately grabbed it and took it away from the table. Overall the experience has always been great when I go and eat there and their food is really good
