“This Taco John's is always consistent with their food, hot and fresh. Except for today my meet potato burrito was a little cold but still delicious. The only issue I have is the customer service is a little lacking.
It seems employees don't want to be there. My only criticism is it should be open till 2:00 a.m. at least the drive-thru. But besides that I'll still be returning. 🌮🌯“

“Food is almost always great, service tends to be really slow if your not going through the drive through. The staff is always very friendly. Building is often a little bit dirty but I know it can be hard to get into the lobby to clean so I don't blame them too much for that. I've seen these workers go through a lot from rude customers so shout out to them for dealing with that!“

“Fries and onion rings are always hot and fresh. The times I've ordered whoppers.. they taste the same as always... which is the way it should be. Since they've opened I've eaten there probably a hndred times, in that time all that has been messed up is I think once they put ice in my drink when I ask for no ice... a pretty good record. Breakfasts have been hot and fresh, only comment.. I prefer the tots a little crisper. Overall a good store, with employees that display a good attitude. Q-pons are a must... they seem to be available regularly.“

“I’ve been coming to Val’s for a long time. Food is delicious! My concern is…. The guy who works the counter is wearing gloves for sanitation purposes. Yet, he is touching cash, credit cards, coins, the order screen, computer mouse, his personal gatorade beverage, french fries scoop, shake straws and touched his face. I literally saw him grab fries and throw them into a customers bag. Never once did he changed his gloves. Why even wear them? He also should be wearing a beard bag! Your food is very good, but your sanitation is lacking.“

“Awesome service staff lol!!!!! I was ordering in the drive thru and and high piched woman answered saying, "Welcome to-Ahem" after she cleared her throat a very masculine and deep voice finished her sentence!! It was absolutely hilarious 5 stars for sure!“
