The River Boat Depot is a fantastic restaurant, known for its delicious Sunday breakfasts, specifically the Steak and Eggs with Hashbrowns and Toast. They offer excellent burgers, Teriyaki spun wings, and a Patty Melt, along with new favorites like the Cajun burger with chive fries and the chicken buffalo wrap with waffle fries. The service is quick and friendly, with the owner, Jodi, known for her kindness. The outdoor seating provides a nice view of the river. Despite being busy, service remains efficient, with hot and delicious food served in good-sized portions. The atmosphere is lively, and it maintains a small-town feel. The patio is nice, and the restaurant is wheelchair accessible with a ramp and a huge single-seat bathroom. TVs could be improved, but this might contribute to the encouraged conversation. Things have gotten better over the years, making it worth checking out.
