I live in south Minneapolis but I still make the drive out to Savage to pick up a couple of donburis from Oishii. Their Chashu donburi is straight FIRE.
Matter of fact, this is my favorite restaurant. I’ve tried many different Japanese-style restaurants around the Twin Cities and greater metro area. So I feel locally qualified to say, Oishii is top- notch. Some of the best Japanese food you’re gonna find in Minnesota.

I simply don't understand how there can be a 15 minute wait after I arrive for a delivery order when there isn't a single customer in the restaurant. Do Better

We consistently enjoy Oishii, our favorite ramen in the south metro. We live near Apple Valley and drive past quite a few others to go to Oishii because it's notably better. Broth is one of the best in the area, as is the marinated eggs and their chashu.
We love the shoyu and tonkotsu ramen with chashu. Also, fried chicken buns are our favorite appetizer. Gyoza and fried crab jalapeno are great too.
Atmosphere is nice, service is fast, and it's always clean.
Always happy when we leave here. Thanks Oishii!

Delicious food and great service! All the ramen we've had is delicious, the spicy chashu is my favorite so far! The gyoza is an excellent appetizer!

The name said it all, Ramen & Donburi is all about the foods here. I ordered the shrimp ramen and the sauce was too salty for me. Overall the experience here fall short of my expectation.
