New Scandia Cafe is a small town American breakfast and lunch place, a classic cafe and hidden gem. It is not that big with pretty limited seating, but offers nice ambient seating and clean restrooms. The cafe has a great selection of coffees, including a delicious, robust coffee drink menu, fancy coffee, and an Iced Horchata Latte. The plain old coffee is great too. Some Hispanic influences appear in food and drink options. The food is so good and delicious. Breakfast items like the veggie omelet, ham and eggs scramble, chilaquiles, and biscuits and gravy are superb, tasty, and amazing. Lunch includes a good assortment of sandwiches, with the California burger and chicken Caesar wrap noted. Hash browns are nice and crispy. Service is awesome and fast, even with one server handling the entire place. They do a good job of keeping everyone happy.
