“Our first time at Tangled Up In Blue and won't be our last. Walked in the door and immediately welcomed by Kathleen and seated. A small intimate space lends to a feeling of a private experience. Menu made it difficult to choose but the beef Wellington was amazing, my husband got the shrimp and ribs, again another thumbs up. Others at our table had the Jambalaya and halibut all 5 star. Kathleen assured we were wanting for nothing and Chef Jeff came to table to meet us. Owned and run by a lovely family and all at our table highly recommend. Call for reservations and be prepared for an experience one would expect at one of New Orleans or NYC finest restaurants. It is a hidden gem that needs to be discovered.“

“Had breakfast on Saturday. They open at 9am, and when we got there at 9:20 the place was packed. Friendly folks. The cook looked all of 18 we braced ourselves for ‘just ok’ food. We could not have been more wrong.His hash browns were crispier and more delicious than most twenty year cooks. The skillet breakfast was ample and amazing. Ate til full and still leftovers for the next day.Just one of those incredible hole-in-the-wall places. Totally worth the drive.“

“The Goat Saloon in Taylors Falls is one of the best places you could ever go to! The atmosphere has always been inviting and fun and they make absolute sure you are welcome there. The food is amazing and they put absolute love and perfection into every meal they make. I’ve been meaning to type up a review for awhile. The Goat Saloon is the best place in Taylors Falls and honestly it’s surrounding area to get the best burgers this area has to offer! Greatest place to catch lunch and dinner, and the greatest place to unwind after a long work week! The Goat Saloon is an amazing place to go relax, drink, and eat. “We had my mothers celebration of life at Woodhill today. I cannot say enough kind things. Paige was so accommodating to our needs. I had questions and she promptly answered them. She was ready with tables and chairs if needed. They let us put food in the cooler, which was very appreciated. The bartenders were so nice. There was plenty of room and the patio was utilized by all. I would recommend them to anyone anytime. I would also like to say that my mom and I used to stop there before she passed and we both enjoyed the yummy burgers and onion rings. Fabulous!
