I reached out via their Facebook messenger to order a custom cake for Mother's Day. Communication was prompt and courteous. The cake turned out so stinking cute! It was just the right amount of icing to cake ratio and so moist! Will definitely order cakes in the future!
I hope Bittner's sees this. I love the idea of a local downtown bakery being my go-to for all things baked goods. Bittner's has the charm to be the ideal place. but their execution is lacking. Your donuts taste way too oily...in fact on some days, nothing but oil. I'd rather have a garbage reheated dunkin donuts donut than your oil logged donut. You gotta dial in the temperature of oil, proof your dough, do something to fix it. Can you not taste the oil in your donuts?...read full review
