Recent Reviews

The restaurant needs sound proofing as it is extremely loud and hard to hear others speaking. Our server was behind as they needed one more waiter although he was very pleasant and courteous. Limited cocktail choices, lower grade options and quality allocated bourbon.

Annie was one of the most incredible waitresses i've ever encountered. She was kind, attentive, and very knowledgeable about the menu. We ordered the jerk chicken nachos per her recommendation, and they were phenomenal; sweet and spicy. I ordered the pistachio crusted salmon as my main, and it was the best salmon i've ever had. I eat salmon every day, and order it at every restaurant i visit. We will be back!

It was our first time dining at Mallard's in Shakopee and all six of us were impressed with the tasty food, attentive but not pushy service, and reasonably quiet setting where we could easily chat during brunch and clearly hear one another. All of it was refreshing and we've already talked about returning for our next gathering.
