Drive thru is constantly busy. It is hit or miss if it going fast or not though. Seems like staffing issues. Also, the any lane any time thing is a lie. Expect to see orange cones out late night, busy or not, blocking one of the ordering lanes. Also, their process of taking care of delivery drivers with the inside being shut down is terrible. We already don’t make much money from their orders and that profit is taken away having to wait in long lines in the drive thru. No thanks...read full review
terrible service it's supposed to be fast food not slow food get to drive thrur window to pay for my food and get my food had to sit and wait how long just for some one to come to drive thur and windows are dirty eww that's a turn off at a food restaurant
