I asked the baristas to surprise me with an iced caramel coffee and they did an amazing job, 4th time doing that at this location and it’s always amazing! The barista Claree was really nice and I loved the energy she gave!
Most of the time always have a good experience, this one time I was going to pay for a drink with Apple Pay but they didn’t take it. The barista said they were already making my drink and gave it to me, rather than dumping it out. They are often out of stuff but it’s not the baristas fault and they are always nice and friendly.
Haley is AMAZING! I don’t know WHY you guys have her working by herself but the professionalism and composure she has with a long line and being the only one to take orders AND make all the drinks is super impressive. But get her some help for god’s sake!
