Five-Stars for Illetschko's Meats and Smokehouse.
Just picked up our deer that they processed for us. The second one in two years. Both times, excellent work from a knowledgeable and helpful staff. We'll look forward to seeing them the next time we get a deer!

Small local butcher shop. If I had been able to give them a 4.5 rating I would have. The only criticism I have is the oxtails I bought should have been trimmed better. The prices are about average. The smell of the smoking meats made me want to fire up my grill 🤤
