Super neat distillery in a lovely small town. All whiskeys and bourbons were top class. The drinks were mixed to perfection. Located right off the Main Street. Owner and service was top quality. Highly recommend making a stop in the area to support a local distiller!
Excellent whiskey, and an even better story behind the distillery. The owner Christian gives a great tour with a wonderful explanation of the distillation process, but even better is how involved in every part of the process and the deep thought and care that goes into everything. I won't spoil the surprises by putting too many details in; it's worth the drive to check it out. The pink sparkler cocktail was my favorite, and the Barrel Roll rye was my preferred whiskey. Great little distillery, excellent drinks with a fun atmosphere! Enjoyed the New Old Fashioned & Strawberry cocktail both were excellent, great staff-explained their menu to help us pick the perfect drinks. Nice patio seating for a beautiful day! Easy to find off of Hwy44 in Spring Grove, MN. We spotted it as we drove by, did a U-turn to try it out, glad we did, we will return!
