This location likes to fire people who have court ordered parenting time with their children. They hire the person and with being told about the persons court ordered parenting time and what days they officially can’t work to avoid having to be scheduled those days but they get scheduled those days and it’s to the point where the person has to either release their shift for someone else to take hopefully and if not they end up being told they have to work and the person ends...read full review
I went to Job Sims house for a service call for his air conditioner not working. Jon immediately offered me breakfast as he is a cook at granite city. I politely declined and continued working. After I finished fixing his air conditioner Jon comes out with a plate of food saying it wasn’t in his nature to not give out food. Great experience! Our server Rick was fantastic and went above and beyond to give us wonderful service. Food was very good, fresh and hot. We went within an hour of closing and none of the staff seemed frustrated about our late arrival. 10/10 all around.
