I've now ordered from Luigi's a half dozen times so I feel like I can give a good overall review at this point. The toppings here are the real winners, quality meats (especially the sausage, which I usually do not like on pizza) and good options. I also appreciate the ease of ordering and how reliably quick they are. But the crusts are now always soggy! Luigi's Best is one of few pizza joints in the Twin Cities that uses Follow Your Heart vegan cheese (most other places use Violife or make their own cashew cheese). I got a 16" with a couple toppings and vegan cheese ($25.50) and enjoyed it. Follow Your Heart has a creamy texture and fatty flavor that is reminiscent of dairy cheese. Pizza tasted decent. I don’t know why but my pizza looked like a square cut up into 8 slices: I had to wait in there for 30 min for 2 pizzas and it was pretty hot, I really liked the furniture though.
