I got here at 7:45 pm, only one person serving, lots of people on the back, it seems that every time I get to this place they run out of beef or guacamole or something else, poor planning...
Service / burrito area looks like it hasn't been cleaned in days. Hard caked on food everywhere. Proportions are terrible. Worst chipotle around.
Great experience using the Chipotle app for mobile ordering. Both steak bowls were prepared on time, packaged neatly, and came with generous portions. Smooth, easy pickup with zero hassle.
