“The sandwich was great! Very nice employees, they were so patient with us because I had never really ate there before! I was able to try the dressing for the salads since they didn’t have what I normally would get! The 2 I tried were sweet & sooo good! When we finally ordered my phone died & I was paying with my phone so I had to go charge it! How embarrassing!!! I was taking my close friend out to lunch for her birthday so it was extra great they were so helpful & SERIOUSLY PATIENT! Nothing fake about it! I look forward to going there again to try the chicken or steak sandwich that was suggested by the employee. Thank you Panera for making our lunch perfect for my friends birthday!!!“
“Very conveniently located just off of Highway seven and 169. There is always plenty of parking, but it is located in Norwood Mall, which always seems to be super busy. After dodging traffic to get over to Panera the parking is easy. We ordered our food about seven minutes before you arrived on their app. When we arrived, the food was ready and at the counter we able to pick it up and sit down. The food was fantastic. All the staff members we encountered were very polite. My only complaint is the Diet Coke drips on your hand when you’re trying to fill your cup other than that it’s a fantastic place to go and I would highly recommend it as we go here a couple times a month.“
