Order was 10 mins past promised time. They were out of avocado so I had to change up my order and then when ordering soup they were out of baguettes. The only side option was an apple as they were also out of potato chips.Ordered a sip Club soda but decided to get tea instead. The water was lukewarm and the tea didn’t steep correctly. My review is wholeheartedly due to the baffling rudeness of who I believe is a manager (blonde woman working the evening of 1/3/23) who was talking to a male employee so condescendingly I honestly felt really bad. She was raising her voice and talking to him like he was an incompetent child. Not the way a manager or leader should act in any way, shape, or form ESPECIALLY in front of customers (but not at all period). This is truly shameful and I am appalled. Overall, this location is great. The server who helped me order was really nice. It was my first time ordering from that location, and probably 5 times eating from this company. I was really confused about what to get and what to order. The server helped me understand the menu, and she made recommendations on what I should order.
