I stopped in for the first time since the Nelson family sold the business in November & I must say I'm pretty darn impressed. 👏🏻 The beef brisket is 🔥!!! Get there early, as in before noon, if you want the full selection offered. They sell out of items. I arrived after 3 pm and settled for their version of a Cuban, originally interested in the beef bbq. Happily it was awesome. The staff were incredibly helpful and kind. I will be going back soon.

I've been driving by this place for months. As a q hound I couldn't go by again without stopping to see what it's all about. What a wonderful little place. Great meat counter, absolutely awesome customer service and vibes. But, the ribs. The ribs. Hands down the best ribs in Minnesota.
