Carry out was not thoroughly cooked (pizza dough with cheese on top), called the store and was told they would deliver a new pizza. Got a call right back saying they won’t deliver without us paying for delivery. I asked if they will offer any kind of refund if we make another trip to the store to pick up and was told they’re giving us “a free pizza”...we already paid for a pizza and couldn’t eat it 🤷🏼♀️.
