I am hooked on their pepperoni and green olive pizza. I could almost drive the 200 miles down just for that pizza.
Prompt service for our group of 7. They feature pizzas baked in a stone oven. There are about 7 pasta dishes offered in addition to salads and appetizers.
The gnochetti looks like maggots but it's insanely good. The mortadella panuozzo is also very good, as well as the pizzas. The chocolate budino is fantastic for dessert.

Rosalia Pizza Texa-Tonka offers very tasty food in an upscale atmosphere. The pizzas are very good, including a cheese pizza that is a classic wood fired Neapolitan style 12” pie with great texture and taste. The pepperoni pizza and the spinach one are also really good. The gnochetti looks like maggots but it's insanely good, and the mortadella panuozzo is also very good. The rigatoni in vodka sauce is cooked perfectly, and the pasta tastes fresh and homemade. The chop salad is lightly dressed, and the Ceasar will make your eyes roll back in your head. The chocolate budino is fantastic for dessert, and the lemon ricotta cake is tasty and refreshing. The wine list is defined Italian offerings, and the mocktails are phenomenal. The vibe is bougie but chill. There is a patio, though the sun is out there. The staff is very friendly and helpful. It is a little loud inside. It was a great experience. Give this place a try.
