Consistently good boba tea every time I get something from here. Their poke bowls are a little expensive but worth it because they are so filling and incredibly fresh.

Ordered delivery and missed a call to ask about a replacement ingredient; they sent a replacement on the side anyway and left a nice note explaining why :)

So Happy the we ran across this place ... my new Favorite. Looking forward to trying all the Poke bowls on the menu! Owner very nice & attentive. Best Poke I've found outside of Florida, so happy we have a local place now.

I would love to try this place. But the online hours misled me to thinking this place was open an hour later than it actually is. Will upgrade when I can

I had a regular, build-your-own bowl. The portion was generous for the price. But the yellowtail tasted old & fishy. The pickled ginger had a "chemical" like taste to it. Will not be returning.

Stopped in to grab a tea. As I’m walking in my five-year-old told me he had to use the restroom. I told the employee we had to use the restroom quick and we’d come back to order. She rudely said they don’t have a public restroom. We promptly turned around and walked out and that’s the last visit we’ll make to Song Tea and Poke.

I was a little disappointed in the quality of the chicken. It was pretty clearly canned chicken and it wasn’t all that appetizing to eat cold. While I understand it’s primarily a raw fish restaurant and that there’s probably not a real kitchen to cook fresh chicken, I would appreciate a better quality fish alternative. All the other toppings I tried on my bowl tasted good and it was a pretty big portion size.

Ty sign reads open but it’s not. That’s fine. Google it and it doesn’t open til 11:30. Ok. That’s pretty late for a food place. Would have bought lunch and bubble tea. Another customer with kiddos wanted to as well. You just lost two big sales by not being open at 11

If you're considering to visit the store, keep in mind that they're best for take-out only.

The food and drinks in here are good, but being an establishment with seats you'd think there'd be wall sockets or wifi. It has neither.

Don't expect to get any work done here.

I visiting this establishment today and unfortunately had a very disappointing experience. The staff did not follow my instructions while preparing my poke bowl, and I had to repeat myself multiple times. Their responses were often delivered with a snarky attitude, which was quite off-putting.

When I asked to add boba to my tea, they hesitated and initially suggested putting it on the side. I had to specifically request that it be added to the drink, and even then, the staff member I believe a manager seemed annoyed by the request, despite the fact that I had paid for it. Throughout the interaction, I felt rushed and that my concerns were not being taken seriously. I ordered a 100% sugar boba drink. Instead they gave me a glass of milk with a few bobas… they charge me extra for it too. The portion they give you they are frugal.

Overall, the service was subpar, and I would not recommend this location. I suggest looking for other places for your boba and poke bowl needs.
